I understand what he’s saying right here, not that I experienced it. I admit, most of the top “internet-related” companies have the WORST customer service you could ever find. Especially in the account recovery processes….
One of the finest account recoveries I’ve known is through Yahoo! They have a pretty easy way to recover your account. And, the reps would actually know what you’re saying, in case you actually needed their help. (unlike some reps around there *ahem* EA *ahem*)
